Installation of a Synodon “realSens Optical Bench” Model No. V17, Serial No. 1038, and modified Tyler Mount Model No. JR206, Serial No. SD-001, in accordance with realSens Bell 206L Mount Installation Procedure Document 10391, Revision 4, dated November 20, 2009, Transport Canada approved November 30, 2009, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be performed in accordance with realSens Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document 10447, Revision 6, dated July 07, 2011, Transport Canada accepted August 02, 2011, or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

2. Aircraft is to be operated in accordance with Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement Document No. CF-SYN-001, Revision C, dated April 03, 2011, Transport Canada approved April 11, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

3. The following placard must be installed near the airspeed indicator in clear view of the pilot when “realSens Optical Bench” is installed: “ VNE – 95 KIAS, or as limited by the basic aircraft placard, whichever is less.”

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
