Original Product Type Certificate

Description of Type Design Change;

Installation of Skid Tube Rub Strips to be completed in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Document Control List DCL943, Rev 0, dated August 18, 2011, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. The following modification must be installed as a prerequisite to this modification: Dart Aerospace Ltd. Skid tube and associated saddle installation as stated in FAA STC SR00563NY, amended August 11, 2008.

2. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Alpine Aerotech Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness as listed on AML SR03044NY or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previous approved modification.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. A copy of this certificate and the FAA AML No. SR03044NY, Issued December 21, 2011, must be maintained as part of the permanent records of this modified aircraft.
