Original Product Type Certificate

Description of Type Design Change;

The modification of the cargo hook control circuit and addition of a long line hook control circuit to be completed in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List, MDL11075, Revision A, dated November 3, 2011, TCCA approved November 3, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Operations must be in accordance with Skyline Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement, SAS-212-FMS-01, Revision 00, dated February 14, 2011, TCCA approved October 24, 2011 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Skyline Helicopters Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA- 212-25-01, Revision A, dated November 3, 2011 or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. Approved FAA STC SH5707NM is a pre-requisite for this modification.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previous approved modification.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
