Original Product Type Certificate

Description of Type Design Change;

Modification of the cargo hook and addition of a long line hook control circuit to be completed in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd. Master Drawing List, MDL11052, Revision A, dated November 3, 2011, TCCA approved November 3, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

1. Operations must be in accordance with Skyline Helicopters Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement, SAS-A119-FMS-1, Revision 00, dated February 11, 2011, TCCA approved October 25, 2011 or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. The aircraft must be maintained in accordance with Skyline Helicopter Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-119- 25-01, Revision Original, dated November 3, 2011 or later TCCA accepted revisions.

3. Agusta Westland Service Instruction A119-SI-002 is a pre-requisite for this modification.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previous approved modification.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
