1. Installation of an Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System in accordance with Heli-One Master Drawing List CHA332-34- 027 MDL, Revision C, dated September 4, 2012, TCCA approved September 12, 2012 or later TCCA approved revision.

1. Maintenance must be in accordance with Heli-One, Maintenance Manual Supplement report No. CHA332-34-027 ICA, Revision 6, dated August 28, 2012, TCCA accepted September 11, 2012 or later Transport Canada accepted revision.

2. Operation must be in accordance with Heli-One, Flight Manual Supplement, CHA332-34-027 FMS, Revision 7, dated August 28, 2012, TCCA approved September 12, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revision.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. The installer must determine whether this desi gn change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
