1. Installation of Adjustable Glare Shield Modification in accordance with Eurocopter Canada Limited Installation Procedures IP-ECL-130 Revision 0, per Eurocopter Canada Limited Master Drawing List MDL-11-016 Issue B, Transport Canada approved September 16, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision.

2. Eurocopter Canada Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS-ECL-148 Revision 0, Transport Canada approved September 16, 2011 or later Transport Canada approved revision, is required for this installation.

3. Eurocopter Canada Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-ECL-223 Revision 0, Transport Canada accepted September 15, 2011 or later Transport Canada accepted revision, is required with this installation.

1. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
