Installation of Fugro AGG Survey Installation (Structural Provisions) in accordance with installation drawings listed in DECA Aviation Engineering Limited Modification Summary MS10096 Revision 5, dated December 13, 2012, Transport Canada approved December 13, 2012 or later Transport Canada approved revisions.

2. DECA Aviation Engineering Limited Flight Manual Supplement FMS10096 Revision 3, dated March 29, 2012, Transport Canada approved April 18, 2012, or later Transport Canada approved revisions is required for this installation.

3. DECA Aviation Engineering Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA10096 Revision 4, dated December 3, 2012, Transport Canada accepted December 13, 2012, or later Transport Canada accepted revisions is required with this installation.

1. This Supplemental Type Certificate covers only the structural installation of the Equipment. Separate approval is required for the operational, electrical and functional aspects of the AGG Survey installation.
