Original Product --Type Certificate N umber :

Installation of Aspen Avionics Evolution Primary and Multi-Functional Flight Displays in accordance with Aspen STC Master Data List, CAV-MDL-11152, Revision K, dated June 25, 2014, or later FAA approved revision.

1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) A copy of this certificate or later FAA approved revision must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modifie d aircraft.

3) If this STC is installed with an existing attitude indicator in a “sky pointer” format, the existing attitude indicator must be removed.

4) The Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, Aspen STC, Inc. document CAV-RFMS-11152, rev. IR, FAA approved July 07, 2014, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this modification.

5) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting da ta, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
