Installation of NASI Supplemental Air Conditioning Module in accordance with NASI Installation Instructions NTEK200-26, Rev NC, dated May 5, 2014, or later FAA-approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of the design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SR03371CH, Revision None, dated August 21, 2014, or later FAA-approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified rotorcraft.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement NTEK26AFMS, Revision NC, dated August 5, 2014, or later FAA-approved revision, is required on board the modified rotorcraft.
