Installation of TrueView Enhanced Vision System (EVS) T6-Series in accordance with Mayday Avionics Master Drawing List Doc. No. DB1305005 Revision A, dated March 23, 2015, or later FAA approved revision.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give that person written evidence of that permission.

3. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, Mayday Avionics Doc. No. DB1305007, Revision IR, approved April 29, 2015, or later FAA approved revision, is required on board the modified rotorcraft.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8l10.48, the certification basis for the Sikorsky S-76A/B/C/D rotorcraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky S-76A/B/C/D rotorcraft is shown on TCDS H1NE for parts not changed or not affected by this change.

b. The certification basis for the parts changed or affected by this change since the reference date of application, June 7, 2013, is based on TCDS HINE and §§ 14 CFR Part 29.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.l0l, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8ll0.48, the certification basis for the baseline modification was determined to be TCDS H1NE.
