1. Installation of Single Pilot Operation from L/H Seat Single Cockpit Door Removal in accordance with Ultimate Aerostructures Engineering Order Document Number UA078-EO, Revision A, dated November 14, 2013, or later Transport Canada or FAA-approved revision.

2. Ultimate Aerostructures Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Document Number UA078-ICA Revision IR, dated January 10, 2013, Transport Canada accepted January 17, 2013, or later Transport Canada or FAA-accepted revision is required with this STC.

3. Ultimate Aerostructures Flight Manual Supplement Document Number UA078-RFMS Revision IR, dated January 10, 2013, Transport Canada approved January 17, 2013 or later Transport Canada or FAA-approved revision is required with this STC.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
