1. Installation of the Flight Data Acquisition Storage and Transmission System (FAST) in accordance with Pratt & Whitney Engine Services, Inc. Data List, Installation Data GN4-T-100-4, Revision A, dated February 18, 2015, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Operation of the aircraft with the FAST installed must be in accordance with TCCA approved Pratt & Whitney Engine Services Inc, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) GN4-T-250-4, Revision A, dated December 17, 2014, TCCA approved February 12, 2015, or later TCCA approved revision.

1. FAST system data may not be used for usage health or condition-based maintenance credits, such as extending published component lives or maintenance/inspection intervals.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
