3. For configuration 1, rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with ISEI Maintenance Manual Supplement N8-EC145 HV2-NUM, Version E, Edit A, Revision 04, dated December 4, 2013, or later EASA accepted revision.

4. For configuration 2, rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with ISEI Instructions for Continued Airworthiness N8-EC145 HV2+ NUM-E-C-04, Revision 11, dated August 23, 2017, or later EASA accepted revision.

5. For configuration 2, rotorcraft is to be operated in accordance with ISEI Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement N11-EC145 HV2+ NUM-E-A-02, Revision 06, dated October 13, 2016 or later EASA approved revision.

3. The HELICOM V2 NUM system is approved for the model MBB-BK117 C-2.

4. The HELICOM V2+ NUM system is approved for the models MBB-BK117 C-2 and MBB-BK117 D-2.

5. For configuration 2, rotorcraft is to be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of ISEI Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement N11-EC145 HV2+ NUM-E-A- 02, Revision 06, dated October 13, 2016, or later EASA approved revision.

Based on 14 CFR 21.115 and 21.101, and FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH rotorcraft models identified herein is as follows:
