1. Installation of NAT AMS43 TSO Audio System in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Master Data List, as identified in attached FAA AML SR03659NY.

2. Rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with Maxcraft Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, as identified in attached FAA AML SR03659NY.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate and the FAA AML No. SR03659NY, issued February 3, 2016, must be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified aircraft.
