1. Installation of SkyTrac ISAT-200A Airborne Position/Data Communicator, in accordance with Avionics Design Services Ltd.

Master Drawing List MDL14069, Revision B, dated February 16, 2016, Transport Canada approved February 17, 2016, or later Transport Canada-approved revision.

2. Rotorcraft is to be maintained in accordance with SkyTrac Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA14069-1, Revision B, dated January 8, 2016, or later Transport Canada-accepted revision.

1. Installation of the ISAT-200A with a lithium battery installed is prohibited.

2. Operation is subject to the limitations set forth in SkyTrac Flight Manual Supplement FMS14069-1, Revision N/C, dated January 15, 2015, Transport Canada approved February 3, 2015, or later Transport Canada-approved revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
