1. Installation of LIDAR Anchoring System for Robinson R44/R44 II equipped with Simplex Aerospace Helipod II Top Load Side Pod in accordance with Alevia Aeronautique Inc. Master Document List P2016004-03, Rev -, dated October 5, 2016 or later Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Alevia Aeronautique Inc. Installation and Operating Manual No. P2016004-70, Revision -, dated September 27, 2016 or later TCCA accepted revision.

1. FAA STC SR01819SE (Simplex Manufacturing Co. fabrication of Helipod II Top Loader) is a pre-requisite to this approved installation.

2. For specific limitations associated with this installation, refer to Section 3.300 of Alevia Aeronautique Inc. Installation and Operating Manual No. P2016004-70, Revision -, dated September 27, 2016 or later TCCA approved revision.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
