1. Installation of the Heli-Utility-Basket in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D066-1016, Revision B, dated February 20, 2017 or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintain in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA- D066-1016 Revision 0, dated February 20, 2017 or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Operate in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation approved Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D066-016, Revision A, dated February 13, 2017 or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications
