The Helifab East, LLC Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ICA-RH407-1014, Revision 5, dated October 27, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision, must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. Certification Basis: Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for the Bell Textron Canada Limited model rotorcraft listed on page 1 of this certificate is as follows: a.
