1. Installation of the Bearpaws must be in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Installation Instructions IIN-D505-1049 Revision B, dated February 1, 2018 and Master Document List MDL-D505-1049 Rev A, dated February 12, 2018 or later TCCA approved revisions.

2. Maintenance of the Bearpaws must be in accordance with TCCA accepted Dart Aerospace Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-D505-1049 Revision 0, dated February 1, 2018 or later TCCA accepted revision.

3. Operations must be in accordance with TCCA approved Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement FMS-D505-1049 Revision A, dated February 23, 2018 or later TCCA approved revision.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
