2. For maintenance and inspections, apply Sky Sign Inc. Engineering Report Instructions for Continued Airworthiness RT-R445320.3014 ICA, Revision A, dated February 4, 2015, or later FAA accepted revisions.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, for the Robinson R44, the Certification Basis is as follows:

• The type certification basis for the Robinson R44 Series rotorcraft is shown on TCDS H11NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

• The certification basis for parts changed or affected by the change since the reference date of application, January 6, 2014. is based upon part 27 as amended by amendment 27-46. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification was determined to be:
