If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. 3. This STC is approved for NVIS operations for AW139 helicopters with Serial Numbers: 41242, 41243, 41260, 41264, 41293, 41609, 41610, 41613, 41615. 4. For NVIS approved aircraft, the installation of NVIS Compatible Lighting Systems, P/N: 4G3360F00111 must be installed. 5. For NVIS approved aircraft, the installation of Honeywell Primus EPIC software, approved version 4.8 or later must be installed. Certification Basis : Based on 14 CFR 21.93 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48, the FAA certification bases for the Leonardo S.p.a.
