3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Mandatory replacement time and/or inspection intervals are defined in the TCCA Approved "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Dart Aerospace Ltd., Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA145-5, Revision N/C, TCCA approved July 27, 2021.

5. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the "Limitations" section of Dart Aerospace Ltd. Flight Manual Supplement RFMS145-5, Revision A, TCCA approved July 28, 2021 or later TCCA approved revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the certification basis for this modification to the Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Model MBB-BK 117-D3 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH Model MBB-BK 117-D3 as shown on TCDS H13EU for parts not changed or not affected by the change.
