AW139 Installation of a Davtron Digital Cabin Air Temperature System in accordance with (1) Master Data List A139-MDL-0143, Rev IR, dated 29May2024, or later FAA approved revision. (2) Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) A139-ICA-0143, Rev IR, dated 7May2024, or later FAA accepted revision. The ICA must be made available to the operator at the time of installation. The ICA and its contents must be incorporated into the operator's maintenance program. (3) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplements (RFMS) A139-RFMS-0143, Rev IR, dated 29May2024, or later FAA approved revision. The RFMS must be carried in the aircraft during all flights.

(1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

(2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use the certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
