Limitations and Conditions: 1) Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS), dated May 30, 2001, or later FAA approved RFMS is required. 2) Enloe Medical Center NVG Training Program documents Number NVG 9901, dated May 17, 2001, and Document Number 9902, dated May 17, 2001, or later FTW- AEG approved revisions are required. 3) Operation is limited to Air Carriers who conduct On- Demand and 14 (See continuation sheet 3 of 3)
