Installation of Improved Main Rotor Grips and Matching Adapter Nut in accordance with Texas Helicopters Co., Inc. Drawing List THC-2001-31, Rev. IR, Date 4/16/01 or later FAA approved revision.

1. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Texas Helicopter Co., Inc. Document THC-2001-32 Revision IR, dated 3/29/2001, or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certifi cate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
