Drawing List 41232-1000, Revision A, dated January 14, 2004, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision to replace the electric step actuator installed as part of the Bell Helicopter Emergency Float Kit Service Instruction BHT-412-SI-2.

Limitations and Conditions: FAA approved Era Aviation, Inc. Flight Manual Supplement for Bell Model 412/412EP with Emergency Flotation System Passenger Step Actuator, BHT 412 FMS, Document No.

41232-101, Revision IR, dated February 13, 2004, or later FAA-approved revision is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness contained in Era Aviation Services, Emergency Skid Mounted Flotation System Step Actuators installed on Bell Helicopter Model 412/412EP, Document Number 41232 -62, Revision IR, dated March 3, 2003, or later FAA-accepted revision is required. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder m ust give the other person written evidence of that permission.
