Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SR00120BO must be installed in conjunction with this STC. NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement NF462065003, Revision -, dated November 10, 2004, or later FAA approved revision is required.

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. Document No.

NM462065004, dated November 3, 2004, or later Fort Worth Aircraft Evaluation Group (FTW AEG) accepted revision is required. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
