Limitations and Conditions: FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. document No. NF462073002, Rev -, dated February 7, 2005, or later FAA approved RFMS is required. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, NTEX Aviation, L.L.C. Document No NM462073004, Rev. -, dated February 3, 2005, or later FTW AEG accepted revision(s) is required for this installation. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
