2. For articulated litter installations, FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) HF-FM- 7- 16, Rev B, issue date April 4, 2022, or later FAA approved RFMS is required. For fixed (non-articulated) litter installations, FAA approved Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (RFMS) HF-206-FMS-001, Rev 5, issue date June 6, 2017, or later FAA approved RFMS is required.

3. For articulated litter installations, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) HF-CA-7-16, Rev C, dated April 4, 2022, or later FAA accepted revision is required. For fixed (non-articulated) litter installations, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) HF-206-ICA-Stretcher- 1, Rev F, dated June 6, 2017 or later FAA accepted revision is required.

4. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of the permission.

Certification Basis:

Same as Type Certification Data Sheet H2SW except for an Equivalent Safety Finding has been made for the following regulation 14 CFR Part 27 at Amendment 27-37 for §27.805(a) and §27.805(b), and 14 CFR Part 27 at Amendment 27-26 for §27.807(a) and §27 807(b)( 1), §27.807(b)(2), and §27.807(b)(3) documented in ELOS Memo SA2975RC-R/C- 1.
