Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement, ASI-6409-412-300, Revision B, dated August 28, 2009 or later FAA approved revision, and Instructions for Continue Airworthiness (ICA) contained in the Aero Seats and Systems Inc., Document Number BHTI-412-01, Rev. B, dated July 20, 2009 or later revision are required.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
