Rotorcraft modified under this STC are required to have an approved primary flight instrument system installed on the rotorcraft because the L-3 Trilogy ESI-2000 or ESI-500 does not replace the required VFR rotorcraft instruments. 3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. 5.
