Installation of a Cargo Mirror in accordance with the Master Drawing List AA-09031 Revision D dated February 11, 2010 or later FAA approved revision. It includes Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement (Report No. AA-09030) containing Airspeed limitations for flight with mirror extended and stowed position. Limitations and Conditions: The installation of Cargo Mirror provides an extra measure of safety during external load operations. The Cargo Mirror Kit allows the pilot to see the hook and load for accurate positioning during hook-up and release. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
