Instructions for Continued Airworthiness for the Garmin G500H Installation in Eurocopter EC130, 190-01527-15, Rev 1, dated 04/22/2014, or later FAA approved revision and Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement for Eurocopter Model EC 130 B4 with Garmin G500H System, 190-01527-16, Rev 1, dated 05/15/2014, or later FAA approved revision are required.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other rotorcraft of this model series unless the installer determines that the relationship between this change and other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that rotorcraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. A copy of this certificate, RFMS and ICA, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
