SR11323DS 03/31/26 Description of Type Design Change (continued from sheet 1):

Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) 350MMS-066 Rev. IR dated 07/15/2020 or later ODA or AED accepted revision is required.

For the 350A82-1675-02 configuration, Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350FMS-576 Rev. IR dated 03/24/2021 or later ODA approved revision is required.

Certification Basis Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 23, 11/18/2014, with the following exception: 27.773 Amendment 27-50.

Limitations and Conditions (continued from sheet 1):

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5. Additional limitations may be detailed in the Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement.
