A dated 3/15/2021 or later ODA approved revision. Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement 350FMS-562 Rev. A dated 04/15/2021 or later ODA approved revision is required and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness 350MMS-061 Rev. IR dated 3/26/2021 or later ODA or AEG accepted revision is required.

1. This STC is limited to Airbus Helicopters AS350 B3 Post Post AMS 07-3439 with high skid gear.

2. With this STC installed, reduce VNE power-off by 10 knots, with a minimum of 65 knots.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 23, 11/18/2014 except for the following:

• 14 CFR 27.2 at Amendment 27-37

• 14 CFR 27.173 at Amendment 27-44

• 14 CFR 27.175 at Amendment 27-44

• 14 CFR 27.177 at Amendment 27-44

• 14 CFR 27.562(a1)(c5) at Amendment 27-25

• 14 CFR 27.773 at Amendment 27-50

• 14 CFR 27.1323 at Amendment 27-13

Note: 27.562 is not part of the original certification basis for this aircraft. The AHI ODA has elected to find limited compliance due to the density of the interior completion.

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
