SR11334DS Description of Type Design Change (continued from sheet 1):

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS H9EU, Rev 26, 6/14/2021 except for the following:

• 27.773 Amendment 27-50

• 27.1322 Amendment 27-11

Limitations and Conditions (continued from sheet 1):

2. Use of cellular devices when airborne is against FCC regulations when in US airspace. The use of cellular devices when airborne may be allowable in foreign airspace; compliance with regulations in non-US airspace is the responsibility of the operator.

3. This STC does not include the certification of any Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs).

4. Use of unapproved PEDs, including WiFi functions, is prohibited in flight.

5. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
