Rotorcraft Flight Manual Supplement U150U 0370 670 Rev. A dated 7/31/2026 or later ODA approved revision and Instructions for Continued Airworthiness U150U 0370 680 Rev. A dated 7/31/2026 or later ODA or AED accepted revision are required.

Certification Basis Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101 and the FAA policy for significant changes in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is the same as TCDS R00009RD Rev 3, dated 6/16/2025, with the following exception: CFR § 29.1309 Amendment 29-59.

Limitations and Conditions (continued from sheet 1):

3. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
