Operation must be in accordance with the FAA-approved CH-47D Rotorcraft Flight Manual.

Maintenance must be in accordance with GPMS Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) CH47-3130ICA001, Revision B, dated February 15, 2025, or later FAA-accepted revision.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
