1. Installation of Upgrade of Radar Altimeter for 5G Resiliency must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd.

Master Data List MDL-34-20-10-036, Revision C, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) approved June 20, 2025, or later TCCA approved revision.

2. Maintenance must be in accordance with Maxcraft Avionics Ltd. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness ICA-34- 20-10-036, Revision B, dated May 19, 2025, or later TCCA accepted revision.

Certification Basis:

Based on Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) § 21.115 and § 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for modified Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation S-76C is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation S-76C is shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet (TCDS) H1NE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation S-76C for parts changed or affected by the change is shown on TCDS H1NE with the following exception:

14 CFR Part 29 including Amendment 29-1 through Amendment 29-11 as applicable.
