1. This STC is applicable to all serial numbers for the applicable Make and Model.

1. Installation of Nginuity DAQ9000 as an alternate Flight Data Acquisition Unit (FDAU) in accordance with 365 Aerospace DDS Limited Master Data List Number MDL-0182, Revision A, dated March 2, 2017, or later EASA approved revisions. Note: all documents, except AMS-0182-001, SA 4047-76C-2 and -4 in Paragraph 7.6.

2. Maintenance in accordance with 365 Aerospace DDS Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Document Number ICA-0182-001, Revision A, dated February 22, 2017, or later EASA accepted revision.

2. FAA STC SR01600NY-D is a prerequisite for this modification.

3. Maintenance must be in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitation Section of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness listed in the Description of Type Design section of this STC.

4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA order 8110.48A, the certification basis for this modification are as follows:

a. The Type Certification basis for the S-76C is shown on TCDS H1NE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The Type Certification basis for the S-76C is shown on TCDS H1NE for parts changed or affected by the change with the following additions:
