A10CE Learjet 35A (C-21A)

Installation of a Rockwell Collins DME-42 System Upgrade, in accordance with FAA approved Master Document List BAS35010067, Revision B, dated August 21, 2008, or later FAA approved revision. FAA Accepted Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, BAS35010067-IFCA-1, Revision (NC), dated August 14, 2008, or later FAA Accepted revision, is required for the -1 Configuration.

1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the modified aircraft.

4. A prior or concurrent requirement to the installation of the -1 Configuration of this STC is the installation of the DME-42, P/N 622-6263-001, under Learjet Inc. ECR 5305E.
