A10CE Learjet 35A (C-21A)

Installation of the Universal Avionics Systems Corporation (UASC) UNS-1B Plus Flight Management System (FMS) Software Upgrade, in accordance with FAA approved Master Document List BAS35010087, Revision C, dated August 21, 2008, or later FAA approved revision. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement BAS35040148, Revision NC dated August 20, 2008, or later FAA Approved Revision, is required for the-1 Configuration.

1. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent record for the modified aircraft.

4. STC ST00394WI, -1 Configuration - Installation - UNS-1B Plus FMS w/Dual Tasman GPS (C21A), is a prior or concurrent requirement for the -1 Configuration of this STC.
