1. Remove Flight Data Recorder (Sundstrand P/N 980-4100FWUS) and install Fairchild Solid State Digital Flight Recorder, P/N S703-1000-00, in accordance with USAir Drawing No. 9X3115094, Revision A, dated September 29, 1993.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. The "Ongoing Airworthiness Plan for Expanded Parameter Solid State Flight Data Recorder (SSFDR)", Engineering Report No. 03-01-93, Revision D, dated July 15, 1993, is required with this modification.
