United States of America Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certificate Number STO0045LA-D Certificate This certificate issued to: Hollingsead International SURRENDERED 2226 Goodyear Avenue on 6-23-09 Ventura, California 93003 Certifies that the change in the type design for the following product with the limitation's and conditions therefer as specified hereen meets the airworthiness requirement's of Part 25 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.

Original Product Type Cerlificate Number : A20WE Make: Boeing Model: 747-400, Serial No. 24957, one only Description of Type Design Change: Interior reconfiguration involving galleys, lavatories, video installation and seats in accordance with Elsinore Aerospace Services Master E.O. and Drawing List No. 3074-001, Rev. N/C, dated April 19, 1995, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the above airplane only. This approval is limited to the modification made in Boeing model 747-400, Serial No. 24957 only. A copy of this STC and Master E.O. and Drawing List No. 3074-001, Revision N/C must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. All of the above interior furnishings meet the flammability requirements of Title14 CFR § 25.853(a) (Amendment 32), the heat release requirement (65/65) and smoke emission requirement (200) of § 25.853(a)(1), (Amendment 66). If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
