1. Remove Flight Data Recorder Fairchild P/N 17M900-274 and install Fairchild Solid State Digital Flight Recorder, P/N S603-1000-00, in accordance with USAir Drawing No. 9G3115108, dated September 10, 1993 for B737-200 ADV.

2. Remove Flight Data Recorder Fairchild P/N 17M900-274 and install Fairchild Solid State Digital Flight Recorder, P/N S703-1000-00, in accordance with USAir Drawing No. 9G3115254, dated June 27, 1994 for B737-200 Basic.

3. The "Ongoing Airworthiness Plan for Expanded Parameter Solid State Flight Data Recorder (SSFDR)", Engineering Report No. 04-01-93, Revision A dated 8/18/93, for B737-200 ADV and 08-06-94, Original dated 6/24/94, for B737-200 Basic, are needed for these modifications.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
