2) Maintenance in accordance with Lufthansa maintenance Planning Data (MPD) A-00-03/025-MPD, Revision 02, dated May 21, 2015, Aircraft Maintenance Manual Supplement (AMMS), Revision IR, dated April 18, 2003, and Wiring Diagram Manual Supplement (WDMS), Revision 02, dated June 30, 2006 or later LBA/EASA approved revision.

3) Operation must be in accordance with Operating Limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in below or later LBA/EASA approved:-

• Cabin Configuration for Taxi, Take-off and Landing, A-25-03/031-AFM, Revision IR, dated June 11, 2003.

• Passenger Cabin Internal Doors Indication, A-52-03/032-AFM, Revision 02, dated July 22, 2022.

• Passenger Cabin Smoke Detection System, A-26-03/033-AFM, Revision 01, dated March 08, 2004.

2) Installation and activation of dryer unit 2001-006 is prohibited. Unit must be modified to P/N 2001-306 in accordance with Lufthansa Technik AG Engineering Bulletin Document number B737-EB21-0195 dated December 17, 2007 or any later EASA approved revisions.

3) Maximum passenger seating capacity: 19

4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

5) The aircraft must be operated in accordance with the Operating Limitations section of the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement referenced in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.

Certification Basis:

Based on 14 CFR § 21.115, § 21.101, and the FAA policy for changes that are not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis is as follows:

a. The existing type certification basis for the Boeing company 737-800 (MSN 32777) aircraft as shown on FAA Type Certification Data Sheet A16WE for parts not changed or not affected by this change.
