1. Introduction of Premium Economy Cabin (PEC) for KLM must be in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited Change / Repair Approval BIL-00196-APP, Rev. 05, dated October 19, 2022, or later EASA approved revisions.

2. Maintanence must be in accordance with Boeing Ireland Limited Instructions for Continued Airworthiness BIL-00196-ICA01, Rev. 00, dated August 17, 2022, or later EASA accepted revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48A, the certification basis for The Boeing Company Model 787-10 aircraft as follows:

a. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS T00021SE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis is shown on TCDS T00021SE for parts changed or affected by the change.
