3. This STC is applicable to serial number 456 for this Make-Model.

4. Operate in accordance with the "Limitations" sections of the TCCA approved Flight Manual Supplements as listed in the Description of Type Design Change section of this STC.

5. Compliance with the "Airworthiness Limitations" section of Field Aviation Maintenance Manual Supplement 25573111, TCCA approved May 18, 2021 or later TCCA approved revisions, is mandatory.

Certification Basis:

Based on title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 21.115 and 21.101, and the FAA policy for design changes that are identified as not significant in FAA Order 8110.48, the type certification basis for the modified Bombardier DHC-8-202 is as follows:

a. The type certification basis for the Bombardier DHC-8-202 aircraft as shown on TCDS No. A13NM for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The type certification basis for the Bombardier DHC-8-202 aircraft as shown on TCDS No. A13NM for parts changed or affected by the change with the following exceptions:

- 14 CFR 25.981 at Amendment 25-102

- 14 CFR 26.11 at Amendment 26-7

- 14 CFR 26.47 at Amendment 26-7
