This STC does not approve the three fire extinguishers forward of the cargo net. Only the installation provision is approved. 13. No items or equipment may be carried or installed in the cargo barrier net expansion zone. 14. This modification has been evaluated in accordance with AC 120-42A, Paragraph (8). This installation has no adverse effect on the previously approved ETOPS capability of the type certificated aircraft. This finding does not constitute approval to conduct extended range operations.
