Installation of a Hughes Avicom International 14 inch Video Monitor in accordance with Elsinore LP Master Data List Document No. 2102-1, Rev. N/C, dated February 6, 1996, or later FAA approved revision.

This approval should not be incorporated on any certificated product of this model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated modifications will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the certificated product. This approval meets the flammability requirements of § 25.853(a)(b) Amendment 32, the heat release requirements of § 25.853(a-1) and part 25 appendix F Part IV Amendment 66 and the smoke density requirements of § 25.853(a-1) and part 25 Appendix F Part V Amendment 66. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
